Kesari Chapter 2 is ready to be released in theaters on Friday, April 18. Helmed by Karan Singh Tyagi, the highly awaited courtroom drama stars Akshay Kumar, Ananya Panday, and R Madhavan in key roles.

Prior to its major release, film enthusiasts are eagerly reserving their seats in theaters via advance ticket purchases. Reports suggested that Kesari Chapter 2 has sold 24,935 tickets from 3,503 shows and generated Rs 82.85 lakh in advance ticket sales. With blocked seats taken into account, the overall advance booking revenue amounts to Rs 1.86 crore.

On Tuesday, the creators of Kesari Chapter 2 unveiled the red carpet for an extravagant premiere in Delhi. The exclusive screening, hosted at a theater in Chanakyapuri, saw the attendance of numerous notable political figures and dignitaries. Akshay Kumar and R Madhavan personally greeted the honored guests at the private event.

Prior to the exclusive screening, Akshay Kumar spoke to the audience and asked them to avoid using their phones throughout the film.

The movie helmed by Anurag Singh illustrated the heroic occurrences of the Battle of Saragarhi, in which 21 Sikh soldiers from the 36th Sikh Regiment of the British Indian Army gallantly fought against 10,000 Afridi and Orakzai Pashtun tribespeople in 1897.
