The momentum continued in the second week, with the film earning an additional ₹8.7 crore in India. The movie has gone on to become the highest-grossing Indian Punjabi film of all time, amassing over ₹107 crore worldwide.

In a conversation with ETimes, director Jagdeep Sidhu shared insights into his approach to creating the sequel. Sidhu emphasized the importance of staying true to the franchise's essence while introducing fresh ideas to keep the story engaging for both longtime fans and new viewers. Balancing familiarity with innovation was crucial, given the gap between the release of the previous films and this new chapter. Despite his careful efforts, Sidhu acknowledged that the ultimate success of the film lies in the hands of the audience, who will determine its fate.
