In addition to his music, Guru is also venturing into acting. Earlier this year, he made his acting debut with the film "Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaay."
In an interview with ANI, Guru opened up about his decision to step into the world of acting. The singer of the hit song "Patola" explained, "I have watched so many movies, and I felt ready to take on the responsibility of delivering something that is promising, shows hard work, and effort, all within a great script. When I decided to pursue acting, I took workshops to prepare. When 'Kuch Khatta Ho Jaay' came along, both Saiee and I underwent workshops. There is a common thread in singing, acting, and dancing, which is 'Sur'. Now, the role I was offered in this film, I believe no one else could have done it better than me, especially after having performed it."
