KBC 16: Amitabh Bachchan Hosts with New Dugnastra Twist

The latest season of KBC brings a fresh twist to the game with the introduction of a feature called ‘Dugnastra’. This innovative addition, described as a ‘super-twist,’ adds a new layer of strategy and excitement for contestants. The Dugnastra feature involves a special bonus question known as the Super Sawaal. This question is presented after a contestant successfully answers the fifth question of the game, marking the end of the first round.

The Super Sawaal deviates from the usual format by not providing multiple-choice options and not allowing contestants to use any lifelines. This means that contestants must rely solely on their knowledge and judgment to answer correctly. Successfully answering this challenging question grants the contestant the Dugnastra power, which they can use to potentially double their winnings on one of the questions in the second round of the game (questions 6 through 10). If the contestant correctly answers a question in the second round, the prize amount for that question is doubled, and the bonus is added to their total prize money.

This new feature aims to elevate the stakes of the game and enhance the thrill for both contestants and viewers. The introduction of Dugnastra is expected to make the gameplay more dynamic and engaging, offering contestants an additional opportunity to significantly increase their winnings.
