Varun cannot keep control of your excitement of being a part of Shoojit’s film and he revealed to a leading daily, “I have been ardent fan of Shoojit da’s work and have always wanted to work with him. October is a beautiful story in which I play a character with many layers. It’s a difficult character to play. I hope people get to see a new side of me with this film”
The film is being touted as an unusual love story and out of the box kind of story. Shpojit and Juhi got the idea of the film from a small newspaper clipping much before they started the work on ‘Piku’. The film is inspired from true events. As a part of the film, Varun will go off social media while he will be shooting for the film as Shoojit has asked him to do that. Post his wrap up from ‘Judwaa 2’ Varun would start attending several acting workshops for the film.
