Looks like there will be no honeymoon for Sonam and Anand for a few months!

Actress Sonam Kapoor and Delhi based business man Anand Ahuja exchanged their vows on May 8th, 2018. Their wedding was a typical Punjabi wedding with lots of glamour and style but what about the honeymoon after the grand reception and the lavish sangeet? Well looks like the couple will have to wait a little longer after these hectic wedding celebrations for their “we” time than we all anticipated which is due to Sonam’s tight work commitments which leave no room for the duo to be around.

Sonam will walk the red carpet and bedazzle everyone at the Cannes International Film Festival on May 14th and according to reports, her newlywed husband will not be accompanying her. After her arrival, the actress will be indulged in the promotion of her movie ‘Veere di Wedding’ which is produced by her sister Rhea Kapoor and stars Sonam’s close friend's actresses Kareena Kapoor Khan and Swara Bhaskar along with Shikha Talsania in the lead roles. The actress does not seem to be free even after all this as following this the actress will resume shooting for her upcoming movie Shelly Dhar's Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga where the actress will be seen sharing the screen with her father veteran actor Anil Kapoor along with her third upcoming movie The Zoya Factor.

After all this hectic schedule it is expected that the newlyweds will supposedly get some alone time during the months of October or November when they will plan ahead for their long-awaited honeymoon. As per a source,” Anand won’t be at Cannes with her but the couple is planning an October-November honeymoon which will be delayed because of the bride-to-be’s choc-o-block schedule,”

Anand is based out of Delhi and also owns a house in London and Sonam has her work hub in Mumbai and in the future the couple will be doing up and down between these locations.
