Our Bollywood Bhaijaan seems like to have more than his share of problems with his black buck case! The actor has recently been issued death threats from gangsters when he went to Jodhpur for his Race 3 shoot. But allegedly 3 armed men came to Film City as well which was highly perilous for the actor Extra safety measures and precautions have been now taken up to provide utmost safety for the actor by the producers and the police. Reportedly he has even been refused to ride a bicycle.
When asked for a statement by the producer Ramesh Taurani, he said,
"There are additional bouncers, guards, and personnel to safeguard Salman and the unit at all times,"
Although a senior cop told the press that,
"This is not the first time a threat has been issued against Salman or a member of his family, and the actor is often spotted about town without security or even his bodyguard, Shera, but anticipating an unprecedented attack, he has been asked to be extra safe. The police are taking Bishnoi's threat seriously but we have assured Salman that he will receive maximum police protection. We are also investigating the motive behind Bishnoi's threat to Salman."
On Thursday, a report from Mumbai Mirror said that policemen were seen going to FilmCity, where the shoot was taking place. The report also added further that the shooting had to be put on a halt by the producer Ramesh Taurani and Salman was escorted back to his house immediately as three armed men were seen in the area of the shoot, while there were death threats issued to the actor. The actor earlier received death threats by the Bishnoi community who worships Blackbucks. According to a report by IANS, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi threatened the actor when he appeared in Jodhpur with regard to the black buck case. Bishnoi also told the press that,
“Salman Khan will be killed here, in Jodhpur... Then he will come to know about our real identity. Now, if police want me to do some major crime, I shall kill Salman Khan and that too in Jodhpur,”
Salman Khan was charged with poaching the endangered species black buck 10 years back in Jodhpur.
A source also told the Mirror that,
“The police arrived at the Race 3 set in Film City and told Salman and producer Ramesh Taurani that the shoot had to be stopped immediately as the actor needed to head home as soon as possible. Salman was escorted in another car by six cops, while his own car was driven back to his residence by another group of cops,"
Currently, the actor is occupied with his Race 3 shoots and let’s sees if this ruckus causes any further delay in the superstar’s shooting.
