Breakfast is known for kickstarting your metabolism, giving you all the vital nutrition to spend your day well. A lot of studies suggest that people who eat a balanced breakfast often live longer and are healthier. There a lot of added benefits like lower cholestrol, lower chances of getting diabetes and heart diseases.

Skipping breakfast can actually help you gain weight. People, who choose to skip their first meal of the day, often tend to opt a high-calorie diet for their lunch or dinner. So, eating breakfast can help you weigh less. But having a heavy breakfast is not that beneficial as well, it all comes down to balancing your diet well.

Avocado is the only fruit that provides healthy monounsaturated fatty acids. They contain almost 20 vitamins and minerals. Packed with healthy fats and fibers it is not only a delicious fruit but also the perfect healthy choice. You can eat avocados in various ways like, avocado and egg pizza, creamy avocado lassi, avocado dips and having it with yogurt. It lowers your body fat content. Avocado is also known as a super food.

Missing out on your breakfast is not going to help you get xthin but will only result in increasing your fat content. Incorporating these foods in your breakfast can actually give your day a better and energetic start.
